What We Do
Our Model is Simple –
Enabling Women and youth to make an impact Through
Women’s Empowerment
At Learn Work Develop, we invest in women because global research proves that entire communities benefit and flourish when women are empowered. We help women grow into strong leaders who will understand their value, discover their gifts, use their voice with confidence, and change their communities.
Vocational Training
We firmly believe that empowering women and youth with skills to earn a sustainable income is the most effective way to end poverty. We do this by investing vocational trainings, assisting them to start and grow businesses, develop vocational skills, increase their capacity, and gain confidence. By creating more businesses and developing more skilled workers, entire communities can grow and rise above poverty.
Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (ASRHR)
We priorities adolescents’ sexual and reproductive health and rights (ASRHR) in order to improve girls’ capability outcomes. Embedded in gender inequities and multidimensional poverty, unwanted pregnancy remains a major concern for adolescent girls in Rwanda.
Access to sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) information during adolescence has become a global concern.
